- The pageant is open to female participants between the ages of 18 and 55 years old as of the final competition date.

- Participants must not be pregnant at the time of the competition.
2. Application Process:
- Interested candidates must submit a completed application form along with supporting documents by the specified deadline.
- The application form will require details such as personal information, educational background, social impact initiatives, a recent headshot, and a Full-length picture.
- A non-refundable application fee must be paid to complete the submission.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in further rounds of the competition.
3. Competition Rounds for finalists:
- The competition will consist of multiple rounds, which may include personal interviews, talent performances, fitness challenges, and ramp walks.
- Participants are required to attend all scheduled events and activities during the competition period.
- Scores will be awarded by judges based on criteria such as poise, personality, intelligence, and commitment to the pageant's values.
4. Prizes and Responsibilities:
- The winner of the VEC Queen of India pageant will receive cash prizes, a specialized crown, and various goodies and prizes from sponsors.
- The winner will be required to fulfill a one-year term as the VEC Queen of India, during which she will represent the brand and engage in social impact initiatives.
- The winner must be available to attend all official events, interviews, and appearances scheduled by the pageant organizers.
- Please fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the VEC Queen of India to avoid the title being revoked.
5. General Conditions:
- Participants must agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the VEC Queen of India pageant.
